FAST MASTER LLC – TERMS & CONDITIONS
FAST MASTER LLC
SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. SERVICE CALL / DIAGNOSTIC FEE + TAX
A service call and diagnostic fee applies to each scheduled diagnostic visit.
The service call fee covers technician dispatch, travel to the service location, inspection, and diagnostic work performed during that visit.
The applicable service call fee and credit policy will be disclosed before the service visit.
If the diagnosis is completed and the customer proceeds with the recommended repair, the service call fee will be credited toward the approved repair cost unless otherwise stated in the estimate or invoice.
If the customer chooses not to proceed with the recommended repair, the service call fee remains due.
If the appliance is determined to be non-repairable, repair is not recommended, or required parts are unavailable, discontinued, obsolete, or cannot reasonably be obtained, the service call fee remains due.
2. ONE DIAGNOSTIC SERVICE CALL IS ONE VISIT
A diagnostic service call applies to one scheduled diagnostic visit.
A diagnostic service call cannot be divided into multiple diagnostic visits, paused indefinitely, transferred to another appointment, or continued at a later date under the same service call.
If diagnosis cannot be completed or must be stopped because additional access, preparation, disassembly, defrosting, draining, cleaning, appliance removal, electrical work, plumbing work, gas work, correction of installation conditions, or other prerequisite work is required, the technician will explain what must be completed before diagnosis or repair can continue.
If the customer chooses to perform such work personally or hires another person or company to perform it, the technician is not required to remain at the property or wait for that work to be completed.
The technician may conclude the current service visit, collect the applicable service call fee + tax, and leave.
Fast Master LLC is not responsible for work independently performed by the customer or any third party, or for damage, additional failures, unsafe conditions, delays, or other consequences caused by such work or by decisions or actions of the customer or third party.
If the customer later requests another appointment after the required prerequisite work has been completed, the return appointment will be considered a new service call.
The fee paid for the previous incomplete or interrupted diagnostic visit will not be credited toward the subsequent repair or new service call.
A return visit that is specifically included in an approved repair estimate, such as a scheduled return to install an ordered part, is governed by that approved repair estimate and is not automatically treated as a new diagnostic service call.
3. ESTIMATES AND ADDITIONAL DEFECTS
Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
An estimate covers only the labor and parts specifically included in the estimate based on the diagnosis performed.
Additional defects may be discovered during disassembly, repair, testing, or after the appliance is returned to normal operation that could not reasonably be identified during the initial diagnosis.
Additional defects are not included in the original repair price.
If additional labor, parts, or services are required, Fast Master LLC will notify the customer and obtain authorization before performing the additional billable work.
4. REPAIR AUTHORIZATION
No repair work will be performed without customer authorization.
Authorization may be provided by:
• Written or electronic signature
• Estimate approval
• Invoice approval
• Text message
• Email
• Telephone authorization
• Online approval
• Other documented customer approval
The person requesting or approving service represents that they have authority to authorize the work.
5. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
Customers must cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 4 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee + tax.
Missed appointments may also be subject to a service call or cancellation fee + tax.
6. NO ACCESS / CUSTOMER NOT AVAILABLE
If the technician arrives at the scheduled location and:
• No one is available to provide access
• The technician cannot enter the property
• The appliance cannot be accessed
• The customer is not prepared for the scheduled service
• Required conditions for access have not been completed
• Necessary authorization cannot be obtained
the applicable service call fee + tax remains due.
Any future appointment will be considered a new service call unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. PAYMENT METHODS
Fast Master LLC accepts:
• Cash
• Zelle
• Checks
• Debit Cards
• Credit Cards
• Online Invoice Payments
Payment is due upon completion of the applicable service visit or completed repair unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Applicable prices are subject to + tax.
CASH:
No processing fee.
ZELLE:
No processing fee.
CHECKS:
Checks are accepted subject to approval by Fast Master LLC.
Returned, rejected, stopped, or unpaid checks may be subject to additional fees and reasonable collection expenses where permitted.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS:
Credit card payments are subject to a processing fee.
The applicable credit-card total, including the processing fee, will be disclosed before payment is completed.
ONLINE INVOICE PAYMENTS:
Online invoice payments are accepted.
If a credit card is used to pay an online invoice, the applicable credit-card processing fee applies.
8. DEPOSITS AND PARTS ORDERS
A deposit may be required before parts are ordered.
A deposit is applied toward the applicable parts order and/or approved repair.
Once a parts order has been submitted, cancellation of the repair does not require Fast Master LLC to issue an immediate refund.
If the ordered part is returnable, any eligible refund is subject to the cancellation and return procedure described below.
Parts that are designated by the manufacturer, supplier, or distributor as special-order, non-returnable, final sale, installed, used, opened where return is prohibited, discontinued, obsolete, or otherwise ineligible for return are non-refundable.
9. CANCELLATION AFTER PARTS HAVE BEEN ORDERED
If the customer cancels a repair after parts have been ordered, the ordering and receiving process already in progress must first be completed or otherwise resolved before a return can be processed.
Any eligible refund will be processed only after the applicable part has been received where necessary, the return process has been completed, and the supplier or vendor has issued or confirmed the applicable credit.
The customer is responsible for all actual costs and fees associated with the order, cancellation, receipt, and return of the part, including applicable:
• Original shipping charges
• Return shipping charges
• Restocking fees
• Supplier or distributor fees
• Cancellation fees
• Processing fees
• Non-refundable payment-processing costs
• Other expenses incurred in connection with the order or return
These amounts will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.
The refund process may take several business days or longer depending on the supplier, distributor, shipping process, return authorization, banking system, payment processor, and other circumstances involved in completing the return.
Fast Master LLC does not guarantee the timing or amount of a refund until the applicable return process and supplier credit have been completed.
If the supplier or distributor does not accept the part for return, the applicable part cost and related expenses are non-refundable.
10. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED PARTS
Fast Master LLC may install customer-supplied parts at its discretion.
Fast Master LLC does not provide a warranty on customer-supplied parts and is not responsible for their:
• Quality
• Authenticity
• Compatibility
• Condition
• Reliability
• Expected service life
The customer is responsible for confirming that customer-supplied parts are correct and appropriate for the appliance.
If a customer-supplied part is incorrect, defective, damaged, incomplete, or incompatible, additional diagnostic work, labor, parts, or service visits may result in additional charges + tax.
11. PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY
Unless a longer warranty is specifically stated in writing, Fast Master LLC provides:
• A 90-day warranty on parts supplied and installed by Fast Master LLC
• A 30-day warranty on labor performed by Fast Master LLC
During the 30-day labor warranty period, eligible warranty labor directly related to the original repair will be performed without an additional labor charge.
After the 30-day labor warranty expires, but while the 90-day parts warranty remains in effect, an eligible defective replacement part supplied and installed by Fast Master LLC will be covered under the parts warranty.
However, diagnostic, service call, removal, installation, and other labor charges may apply + tax after the 30-day labor warranty has expired.
The warranty applies only to the specific part replaced and the specific repair work originally performed.
If a subsequent problem is determined to be unrelated to the part replaced or the repair previously performed, the service call, diagnosis, labor, and any required parts will be charged separately + tax.
The warranty does not cover failures caused by:
• Misuse
• Abuse
• Neglect
• Improper operation
• Lack of maintenance
• Power surges
• External electrical problems
• Plumbing problems
• Gas supply problems
• Flooding
• Fire
• Pests
• Natural disasters
• Corrosion
• Rust
• Deterioration
• Improper installation
• Other conditions unrelated to the original repair
Fast Master LLC must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect any claimed warranty issue before another person or company performs work on the same repaired area.
The warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by subsequent repair, modification, disassembly, alteration, or interference by the customer or any third party.
Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are subject to the manufacturer's own terms and conditions.
12. PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE, WEAR, AND DETERIORATION
Fast Master LLC is not responsible for damage or failure resulting from conditions that existed before service began.
Such conditions include, but are not limited to:
• Existing scratches or dents
• Damaged floors, walls, cabinets, or countertops
• Brittle or weakened plastic
• Rust or corrosion
• Seized or deteriorated fasteners
• Deteriorated insulation
• Deteriorated wiring
• Weakened hoses, fittings, or connections
• Improper installation
• Previous repairs or modifications
• Hidden defects
• Age-related wear
• Deteriorated surrounding materials
The customer should notify the technician of known damage, leaks, installation problems, or unusual conditions before service begins.
13. MOVING APPLIANCES AND MINOR COSMETIC DAMAGE
Diagnosis and repair may require an appliance to be:
• Moved
• Pulled out
• Tilted
• Lifted
• Opened
• Partially disassembled
• Removed from cabinetry or another installed position
Fast Master LLC will use reasonable care while performing such work.
Fast Master LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, improper installation, restricted access, deterioration, rust, corrosion, brittle materials, weakened surfaces, hidden defects, or other conditions not created by Fast Master LLC.
Fast Master LLC is not responsible for minor cosmetic marks, scuffs, surface scratches, rub marks, impressions, discoloration, or signs of necessary disassembly that occur despite reasonable care and are reasonably incidental to necessary appliance movement, access, diagnosis, or repair.
This includes minor cosmetic effects involving the appliance itself or surrounding floors, walls, cabinets, countertops, trim, paint, tile, flooring, or other nearby surfaces.
This is especially applicable where access is restricted or where flooring, cabinetry, trim, appliance components, paint, plastic, or surrounding materials are aged, fragile, brittle, deteriorated, corroded, improperly installed, or already damaged.
Such minor and reasonably unavoidable cosmetic effects are not considered compensable property damage to the extent permitted by law.
14. FLOORS, WALLS, CABINETS, AND SURROUNDING PROPERTY
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the appliance.
Fast Master LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from existing or concealed conditions involving:
• Floors
• Walls
• Cabinets
• Countertops
• Trim
• Paint
• Tile
• Flooring
• Plumbing connections
• Electrical connections
• Gas connections
• Appliance installation
• Surrounding property
If the technician determines that moving or accessing an appliance presents an unreasonable risk of damage, Fast Master LLC may require the customer to arrange additional access or assistance before service continues.
15. DIFFICULT OR RESTRICTED ACCESS
Additional charges + tax may apply when diagnosis or repair requires:
• Unusually difficult access
• Extensive disassembly
• Appliance removal
• Additional technicians
• Specialized equipment
• Structural access
• Work beyond normal appliance diagnosis or repair
The customer may choose whether to authorize such additional work.
If the customer declines and chooses to perform or arrange the required work independently, Section 2 applies.
16. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE WORK AREA
The customer must provide safe and reasonably unobstructed access to the appliance.
The customer is responsible for removing valuables and personal property from the immediate work area.
The customer may also be required to remove:
• Food
• Beverages
• Laundry
• Dishes
• Water
• Personal belongings
• Other contents
from the appliance before service can be performed.
17. FOOD AND PERSONAL PROPERTY
Fast Master LLC is not responsible for food spoilage, food loss, beverages, laundry, personal belongings, or similar property losses resulting from appliance failure, loss of appliance use, diagnosis, repair, testing, parts procurement, customer delay, or service delay.
18. WATER DAMAGE, MOLD, PESTS, AND UNSANITARY CONDITIONS
Fast Master LLC is not responsible for water damage resulting from:
• Appliance failure
• Pre-existing leaks
• Plumbing problems
• Deteriorated hoses or fittings
• Clogged drains
• Frozen lines
• Improper installation
• Drainage problems
• Other pre-existing conditions
Fast Master LLC is not responsible for pre-existing:
• Mold
• Mildew
• Odors
• Contamination
• Pest infestation
• Rodent damage
• Insect activity
• Unsanitary conditions
A technician may refuse, suspend, or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or unsanitary.
19. ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, GAS, VENTING, AND BUILDING CONDITIONS
Fast Master LLC is not responsible for pre-existing electrical, plumbing, gas, venting, structural, installation, or building-code violations.
If proper diagnosis or repair requires work outside the scope of appliance service, the customer may be required to hire an appropriately qualified third party.
Fast Master LLC is not responsible for work independently performed by the customer or any third party.
20. HIDDEN AND ADDITIONAL FAILURES
Repairing one identified problem does not guarantee that another component will not fail.
Some additional problems may become apparent only after the original failure has been repaired and the appliance is returned to normal operation.
A repair covers only the defects, labor, and parts included in the approved repair.
Fast Master LLC does not guarantee that an older, worn, or previously damaged appliance will perform exactly as new or meet every original factory specification after a specific repair.
21. REFRIGERATION AND SEALED-SYSTEM REPAIRS
Refrigeration and sealed-system repairs may reveal additional conditions that cannot reasonably be confirmed until the system has been repaired, evacuated, charged, restored to operation, and tested under normal operating conditions.
Additional refrigerant leaks, restrictions, compressor problems, control problems, heat-exchange problems, or other defects may become apparent after the initial repair.
Such additional problems are considered separate defects and are not automatically included in the original repair price.
Additional work requires customer authorization and may result in additional charges + tax.
22. PARTS AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY
Fast Master LLC is not responsible for parts that are:
• Unavailable
• Discontinued
• Obsolete
• Backordered
• Delayed
• Incorrectly listed
• Incorrectly supplied
• No longer manufactured
Estimated parts-delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Fast Master LLC is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, shipping carriers, customs, backorders, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.
23. ADDITIONAL VISITS
Additional service visits may result in additional charges + tax unless the visit is specifically included in an approved repair estimate or warranty obligation.
A return visit required because the customer or a third party needed to perform prerequisite work is considered a new service call.
24. TEMPORARY, EMERGENCY, OR PARTIAL REPAIRS
Temporary, emergency, partial, bypass, or customer-requested limited repairs are provided without warranty unless a warranty is specifically stated in writing or required by applicable law.
Fast Master LLC is not responsible for future failures caused by repair recommendations declined by the customer.
25. UNSAFE CONDITIONS
A technician may refuse, suspend, or discontinue service if unsafe, illegal, inaccessible, unsanitary, abusive, threatening, or otherwise unsuitable conditions exist.
Where a technician has already been dispatched or has arrived and the service cannot proceed because of such conditions, the applicable service call fee + tax may remain due.
26. COMPLETED LABOR AND SERVICES
Completed labor and service charges are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.
A customer's later decision not to continue with additional recommended repairs does not make previously completed and authorized work refundable.
27. PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEOS
Fast Master LLC may take photographs or videos of:
• The appliance
• Model and serial information
• Parts
• Installation conditions
• Work area
• Existing damage
• Service conditions
• Completed work
Photographs and videos may be used for legitimate business purposes including documentation, warranty administration, insurance, quality control, technician training, and dispute resolution.
28. COMMUNICATIONS
By providing contact information, the customer authorizes Fast Master LLC to communicate regarding:

Communication may be made by phone, text message, email, or other reasonable communication methods.
29. TENANTS AND OTHER AUTHORIZED PERSONS
If service is requested or approved by a tenant, property manager, employee, family member, landlord, agent, or other representative, that person represents that they have authority to request and authorize the service.
Fast Master LLC is not responsible for disputes between tenants, landlords, owners, property managers, employers, or other parties regarding authorization or responsibility for payment.
30. PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
Customers agree to contact Fast Master LLC regarding any service or billing concern and provide Fast Master LLC a reasonable opportunity to review and address the issue before initiating a chargeback or other payment dispute.
Where permitted by law, customers may be responsible for reasonable chargeback fees, collection expenses, court costs, attorney fees, and other recovery expenses arising from an unjustified payment dispute.
31. UNPAID BALANCES
Unpaid balances may be referred to a collection agency or pursued through other lawful collection methods.
Returned, rejected, reversed, or dishonored payments may be subject to additional fees and reasonable recovery expenses where permitted by law.
32. LOSS OF USE AND INDIRECT LOSSES
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fast Master LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from appliance failure, loss of appliance use, diagnosis, repair, parts delays, or other service delays, including:
• Lost income
• Lost profits
• Business interruption

35. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms & Conditions, together with any applicable estimate, invoice, or work order issued by Fast Master LLC, constitute the entire agreement between Fast Master LLC and the customer regarding the applicable service.
No verbal statement, promise, or agreement modifies these Terms & Conditions unless confirmed in writing by Fast Master LLC.
If a specific estimate, invoice, work order, or written agreement contains special terms for a particular service, those special terms apply only to that service and only to the extent they conflict with these Terms & Conditions.
All remaining Terms & Conditions remain in effect.
Fast Master LLC may update these Terms & Conditions for future appointments and services.
36. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
37. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By scheduling or requesting service, proceeding with an appointment after having an opportunity to review these Terms & Conditions, allowing a technician to begin diagnosis, approving an estimate or invoice, authorizing repair, or making payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
