FAST MASTER LLC – TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Diagnostic / Service Call Fee plus applicable sales tax. If the customer proceeds with the recommended repair, the diagnostic fee will be waived and applied toward the repair cost.

  2. All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  3. Additional defects may be discovered during diagnosis or repair. Additional work requires customer approval.

  4. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  5. Applicable sales tax will be charged in accordance with New York State law.

  6. A deposit may be required for special-order parts.

  7. Deposits for ordered parts are non-refundable.

  8. Special-order parts cannot be returned once ordered.

  9. Fast Master LLC does not warranty customer-supplied parts.

  10. Fast Master LLC provides a 30-day labor warranty unless otherwise stated.

  11. Warranty applies only to the specific repair performed.

  12. Warranty does not cover unrelated component failures.

  13. Warranty is void if another company or individual services the appliance after our repair.

  14. Warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, neglect, improper operation, or lack of maintenance.

  15. Warranty does not cover power surges, electrical issues, plumbing issues, gas supply issues, flooding, fire, pests, or natural disasters.

  16. Fast Master LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage.

  17. Fast Master LLC is not responsible for failures caused by age, wear, corrosion, rust, or deterioration.

  18. Fast Master LLC is not responsible for brittle plastic parts, seized fasteners, deteriorated insulation, or hidden defects.

  19. Appliances may need to be moved, pulled out, tilted, lifted, or disassembled during repair.

  20. Fast Master LLC is not responsible for damage to floors, walls, cabinets, countertops, trim, paint, tile, flooring, plumbing connections, electrical connections, or surrounding property resulting from pre-existing conditions, improper installation, limited access, age-related deterioration, corrosion, rust, hidden defects, or necessary repair procedures.

  21. Minor cosmetic marks, scratches, scuffs, dents, discoloration, or signs of disassembly are not considered damage.

  22. Additional charges may apply when access is restricted or unusually difficult.

  23. Customers must provide safe and unobstructed access to the appliance.

  24. Customers are responsible for removing valuables and personal property from the work area.

  25. Customers are responsible for removing food, beverages, laundry, water, and personal belongings from the appliance before service.

  26. Fast Master LLC is not responsible for food spoilage, food loss, or related damages.

  27. Fast Master LLC is not responsible for water damage caused by appliance failure, plumbing issues, clogged drains, frozen lines, or pre-existing conditions.

  28. Fast Master LLC is not responsible for mold, mildew, odors, contamination, pest infestations, rodent damage, insect activity, or unsanitary conditions discovered during service.

  29. Fast Master LLC is not responsible for existing electrical, plumbing, gas, venting, or building code violations.

  30. Repairs may reveal additional failures that were not detectable during the initial diagnosis.

  31. Repairing one problem does not guarantee that additional failures will not occur in the future.

  32. Fast Master LLC does not guarantee appliances will perform as new or meet original factory specifications after repair.

  33. Sealed system and refrigeration repairs may reveal additional issues after the system is restored and operating under normal conditions.

  34. Fast Master LLC is not responsible for unavailable, discontinued, backordered, delayed, or obsolete parts.

  35. Estimated part delivery dates are not guaranteed.

  36. Additional trips may result in additional charges.

  37. If an appliance is determined to be non-repairable or parts are unavailable, diagnostic fees remain due.

  38. Temporary, emergency, or partial repairs are provided without warranty unless otherwise stated in writing.

  39. Fast Master LLC is not responsible for future failures resulting from declined repair recommendations.

  40. Technicians may refuse or discontinue service if unsafe conditions exist.

  41. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  42. If the technician arrives and cannot gain access to the appliance or property, additional charges may apply.

  43. Completed labor charges are non-refundable.

  44. Fast Master LLC may take photographs and videos for documentation, warranty, insurance, training, quality control, and dispute resolution purposes.

  45. By providing contact information, the customer consents to receiving calls, emails, and text messages regarding service.

  46. Approval by phone, text message, email, estimate approval, invoice approval, online signature, scheduling confirmation, or payment constitutes authorization to perform work.

  47. If service is requested by a tenant, the tenant represents that they have authority to authorize repairs.

  48. The customer agrees to contact Fast Master LLC before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, or claim.

  49. Customers are responsible for chargeback fees, collection costs, court costs, attorney fees where permitted by law, and other recovery expenses arising from unjustified disputes.

  50. Returned checks may be subject to additional fees.

  51. Unpaid balances may be referred to collections.

  52. Fast Master LLC is not responsible for loss of use of equipment during repairs, diagnostics, delays, or parts procurement.

  53. Fast Master LLC is not responsible for lost profits, lost business opportunities, business interruption, loss of income, or consequential damages.

  54. Fast Master LLC is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping carriers, weather, building management, tenants, landlords, utility companies, or other third parties.

  55. Fast Master LLC reserves the right to refuse service for any lawful reason.

  56. Equipment left pending approval, payment, pickup, or further instructions for more than 30 days may be considered abandoned.

  57. Fast Master LLC is not liable for delays or inability to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, severe weather, labor shortages, supply chain disruptions, utility outages, or governmental actions.

  58. These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Fast Master LLC and the customer.

  59. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

  60. By scheduling service, requesting service, approving an estimate, approving an invoice, making payment, or allowing work to begin, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
