The customer understands and authorizes Fast Master LLC to collect, use, maintain, and disclose customer information as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
This includes disclosure, without separate authorization for each disclosure, to Fast Master LLC's employees, technicians, independent contractors, subcontractors, service providers, payment processors, suppliers, distributors, manufacturers, insurers, insurance representatives, attorneys, accountants, professional advisers, collection agencies, and other persons or entities reasonably necessary to provide services, operate the business, process or collect payment, resolve disputes, administer warranties, protect Fast Master LLC's rights, or comply with applicable law.
This authorization applies except where applicable law expressly requires separate consent, prohibits a particular disclosure, or provides a right that cannot legally be waived.
